Australian Open women’s seeds 2021

February 8, 2021 – February 21, 2021 – The Australian Open, the first Grand Slam tournament of the season, takes place in Melbourne.

World No.1 Ashleigh Barty heads the women’s seeds at the Australian Open, aiming to become the first Australian woman to win her home Grand Slam since 1978.

Simona Halep is seeded No.2, with reigning U.S Open champion Naomi Osaka at No.3 and Australian Open winner Sofia Kenin at No.4 seed.

Serena Williams — making a fresh bid to win a record-equalling 24th Grand Slam singles title — is No.10 seed.
